Simon’s financial expertise is firmly established with over 25 years within banking, structuring large property transactions and executing funding solutions including senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity deals.
Simon started his career in banking and finance at NAB, working across retail and corporate banking. He then transitioned into managing complex lending structures at Ti Amo Strategies.
At Varna Capital, Simon’s focus is structuring complex lending transactions, facilitating strong client and funding relationships and overseeing the internal due diligence process for all Varna Capital clients.
